If your child has been prescribed an inhaler for use during the school day can you please arrange to complete an Asthma Card and email it to school as soon as possible.
Once the Asthma Card has been sent you will also need to send in 2 inhalers for use in school, please try and ensure that these have an expiry date beyond July 2021 if at all possible.
At the end of the school year you will need to arrange to collect any medication from the school office. This may include expired items to be returned to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
